Alan Keyes—Crazy or Nuts?
Posted by Justin Raimondo on December 12, 2007
Is Alan Keyes crazy? On drugs? Both?
He just interrupted the moderator in the Iowa debate and demanded to be allowed to address a question that had been addressed to Ron Paul.
I’m sorry, but his demeanor is so contrived, so frenetic, and so out of control, that he’s a walking advertisement for the war on drugs.
Comments
He has always used that fake righteous indignation to his advantage. It is a bullying tactic.

I thought he was placed there for comedic relief?
Seriously, someone wrote he thought that Keyes was to play a role to try to pull off some of Paul’s support via his rhetorical talk about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. If that was the plan it failed badly. If he accomplished anything it was to waste time and to make a fool out of himself.

Alan Keyes was Bill Kristol’s roommate in college and has served as Bill Kristol’s socket puppet ever since. He is useful as a spoiler who can take the spotlight off Ron Paul & other conservative candidates.

‘Bill Kristol’s socket puppet’
Yikes, sock puppet is bad enough, but socket puppet?

The funny thing is that Keyes qualified but Gravel and Kucinich didn’t.
Oh well, I’m sure Gravel has a rally to knock em dead at, like this barn burner in LA:

Poor guy, I guess claiming that we need world government hasn’t resonated with the people.
