Mini-Mussolini
When I wrote a tongue-in-cheek column about the Puerto Rican parade ten years ago in the London Spectator, all hell broke loose. The politically correct busybodies had a field day, so much so that Rudy Giuliani declared that he would try and deport me and have me fired from the Spectator. There were only two problems: First, I am an American citizen and even the bully Giuliani could not have me thrown out. Second, the then proprietor of the Spectator and Telegraph group, now on trial in Chicago, Conrad Black, does not cower before politicians. When Giuliani threatened a boycott of all Black newspapers, Conrad told him to go ahead and screw himself. Giuliani dropped it. But it goes to show what kind of man this mini-Mussolini—actually he is straight out of central casting as a grave digger in a Frankenstein movie—is. He didn’t know me from Adam but insisted that I am deported and out of a job for writing about the horror show that is the Puerto Rican parade every year.
Yesterday, in Columbia, South Carolina, Rudy Mussolini attacked the only honest person in Congress, Rep. Ron Paul, for saying that we got hit on 9/11 because we had been bombing Iraq for ten years prior to that. Ron Paul did not bother to add that we had indirectly killed about 300,000 Iraqi children with our boycott, and that an Iraqi mother cries the same bitter tears as the mother who lost a child on 9/11. Giuliani panders to Israel, ethnic minorities, gender-benders, you name it. If Iraqis were as numerous as Puerto Ricans, or as powerful as Jews, Giuliani would have agreed with Ron Paul. If Uncle Sam minded his own business, as once upon a time he did, Americans would be welcome everywhere, as they used to be. I remember walking down a Lebanese street and being mobbed by an Arab crowd following Ike’s refusal to allow the Anglo-French-Israel attack on Egypt. But this bully, this mini-Mussolini is no Ike. If I ever run for mayor and win, I will have him deported to Puerto Rico.

The stuff they are writing about the exchange between Paul & Giuliani at National Review is shameful.

Please, let’s stop calling him Rudy Mussolini or Benito Giuliani and refer to him by his real name: Benzino Napaloni.

Point 1. The position that Rep. Paul presented was straight from the 9/11 Commission Report. It is mainstream, yet Rudy M stated that he never heard such a thing before. He either stupid, in a bubble or a liar. I go for option three.
Point 2. Several weeks past Hillel Fendel reported on the Israeli news service Arutz Sheva on demands by Zionists that the notorious traitor Jonathan Pollard be set free. The article stated that former Federal Prosecutor Rudolph Giuliani, a former Mayor of New York City who may run for US President, said the sentence was unfair and “way beyond the sentences served by other people that have been convicted of the same offense.” Has Rudy sold out America for AIPAC financing? Some tough prosecutor.
We do not need an American First president, we need an American Only president.

I was appalled by Benito’s attack on Ron Paul. He’s either remarkably ignorant of foreign policy, so much so as to exclude himself from ever becoming President. Or, he’s engaged in deliberate lies and blatant demagogery that it puts Al Sharpton to shame.

rudy has no sense of humor, which is always a danger sign—ask new york city’s firefighters if they think he’s a hero for having put his crisis command center inside the wtc before 9/11 even though everybody told him he was nuts—during the events of 9/11 he soaked up all the media attention he could get: meanwhile firefighters had radios that weren’t working, thus hampering their efforts & adding to the death toll

Personally, I prefer Adolf Giuliani to Rudy Mussolini.

Isn’t Giuliani the guy who hired the police chief who cleaned up New York and then fired him because he was getting too much credit in the press for it?
And isn’t Giuliani the guy who I saw in a video dressed up in drag?
And why hasn’t anyone proposed the name Little Caesar? Too obvious?

Benzino Napaloni was at least funny. Giuliani is creepy.

Rudy should be referred to as “Il Duce” from now on!

It’s refreshing to see someone who is much too honest for politics. Ron Paul seemed like a babe among wolves.

I just saw Ron Paul on CNN being questioned about his exchange with Giuliani (Raimondo posted the interview on antiwar/blog) and you can see how Giuliani’s faking indignation, he’s a cheap demagogue.

I was literally stunned by Ron Paul’s remarks about 9/11 at the presidential debates: I’ve never heard a politician in a campaign tell such truths.
Conversely, I was unsurprised by Giuliani’s conduct: He’s a craven narcissistic bully.
Taki’s word picture that Giuliani is “straight out of central casting as a grave digger in a Frankenstein movie” is hilarious! The best description I’ve heard yet.

Ron Paul is a poisoned chalice.
As Jefferson said, “I hear a firebell in the night.”
Mark my words (although I’m sure my words here will be almost 100 percent forgotten, but maybe not quite): Within the next ten or twenty years, America’s “Libertarians” will wreak as much - or more - havoc upon America as the Nazis did upon their gifted country.
So says Cassandra.

Wasn’t it that ghoulish monstrosity Giuliani who shipped the 911 steel (read evidence) off to China before anyone could do a chemical analysis on what weakness in it could result in TWO planes hitting TWO buildings, resulting in the destruction of ALL SEVEN buildings in the WTC complex?
Giuliani has something of the night about him. Rep Ron Paul is advised to stay off small planes.

John Ball is wrong to characterize Ron Paul as a Libertarian. He is not. He is
a Constitutionalist, if ever there was one, based on his very consistent voting record and public statements. This is the primary reason why he will never be a serious contender. If he showed any degree of success in the primaries, he would be excoriated like a certain Mr. Pat Buchanan.
In any event, I think comparing Rudy with Adolph or Benito is unfair...to
Adolph and Benito. It’s ruining their
reputations....

Please run for New York mayor Taki! I would support your plan to have Il Duce deported.
The fact that so many republicans think Il Duce is their hero but think Ron Paul does not belong in the GOP tells you everything you need to know about how bad the GOP is now.
