Electrolysis and Peroxide Blondes
On board S/Y Bushido— I simply can’t understand why so many Greek women resemble Scandinavians. Everywhere I look there are blondes, fat blondes, short blondes, hairy blondes, but nevertheless blondes. Could it be the carbon dioxide emissions that causes this phenomenon, or is there something in the water that turns dark-haired women into fair ones? I suppose we’ll never find out. Never mind. Greek ladies are hot-blooded, whereas Northern types have been known to snore at the wrong moment, hence Greek men get awfully turned on. Personally, I prefer dark-haired girls.
The first — and only real — Greek blonde I ever met was Raymon, my father’s girlfriend. It was during the war. She was half French. During an air raid, and while a rowdy party was taking place in our house, the lights went out. When they suddenly came back on, my poor mother screamed. Apparently old dad was snogging her and was caught in the act. You can read all this in my book, On Gossamer Wings, if I ever manage to write it. But while I’m at it, I must tell you about Boboniera, the movie house in Kifissia (a northern Athenian suburb where chic people went to escape hoi polloi and Athenian heat; now, like everything else, a hellhole).
Back in those good old days, the better born and better off sat on canvas armchairs up front, and had marble-topped tables next to them in case they got thirsty. White coated flunkies went discreetly around offering their services. Lesser earners sat in the back of the outdoor cinema, on straw chairs, and had to serve themselves at the bar. Boboniera had to be the most beautiful cinema ever, with a fountain, rows of jasmine and cactus plants. Tall cypress trees encircled the place. That is where the truly poor sat, perched rather, once it got dark and the performance began. Tsabatsides was a slang word for the freeloaders, mostly street urchins, who festooned the trees the moment Leo the Lion roared. It was always the same story. Once the film would start, the tsabatsides would revert to type. They would whistle and hoot and make rude remarks. For example: When Ashley Wilkes played hard to get with Scarlett O’Hara, the urchins egged him on long before it was evident he didn’t desire her: “Ela re malaka, filisetin!” (“Kiss her, you wanker!”) More often than not, gentlemen in the front rows were appalled. Dropi! (Shame!), they would shout. The lesser earners would get even more outraged. They would demand the cops do something.
It never happened. There were two cops back then in Kifissia and I knew for a fact their children were among the most prominent of tsabatsides. Mind you, the fuzz would come running almost nightly following a scream, the sound of broken branches and the inevitable crash. The street urchins that turned the cypress trees into living organisms were known for getting over-excited during the movie and falling off. Other times they would fight over a better viewing branch with the inevitable results. During the occupation we were only fed German or Italian made movies. The street urchins, or marida, as they were called, played their part to the hilt. They would applaud and cheer every time an Italian or German hero would do something heroic, to the extent that it became an issue with the occupiers. They knew the marida was taking the mickey, but what could they do? Arrest them for cheering the Axis side?
After a particularly noisy demonstration by the tsabatsides, an Italian colonel decided to shut down Boboniera, but it only lasted for couple of nights. Incidentally, Boboniera is still around, but the tsabatsides are long gone. The welfare state and all that. The good news is that this summer’s devastating fires may yet serve as a catalyst for change, although I won’t be holding my breath. The political elite finally appear to acknowledge the need for environmental protection, but it’s up to the Greeks to play their part. Greeks and Italians don’t seem to get it. They throw cigarettes out of their cars onto dry bushes, leave their garbage on the beach, cover buildings with graffiti, and burn forests in order to build illegally on them. Until now very few illegal houses have been torn down.
Still, it’s a beautiful country, especially the seaside, and I’ve had some wonderful sailing up and down the Peloponnese. This coming weekend is election time, an election that’s too close to call. Both major parties are full of you-know-what. I will be voting for LAOS, a party that wants to kick out illegal Muslims, which does guarantee it at least two votes. Mine and that of the party leader, Mr Karatzaferis. If we do win, he has pledged to demand a recount. But stranger things have happened in the birthplace of electrolysis and peroxide blondes.

“I will be voting for LAOS, a party that wants to kick out illegal Muslims”
Given that Greece is situated - as the Bulgarians say of their own neighbouring country - “at the mouth of the cannon” (of Turkey and of Middle Eastern Islam generally), it’s understandable that a Greek patriot would consider kicking out ILLEGAL Muslims to take priority over many, or perhaps even all other political concerns.
That said, I’ve never heard of Mr Karatzaferis before, and his wikipedia bio does make me squirm. He looks like a vicious nut-case to me. Then again, so were Stalin and the Soviet Communist Party (and Stalin was a raging antisemite too), but that didn’t dissuade my hero Churchill from making an alliance with the anti-semitic creep Stalin against an even WORSE antisemite who posed a far more deadly threat to European civilisation, as the Islamicist
fanatics pose to Europe today.
Just food for thought: Would the (evidently antisemitic) LAOS party’s election and consequent deportation of illegal Muslims perhaps be a lesser evil than that of a party who allowed even WORSE antisemites and enemies of Europe to remain in Greece?
Taki is no antisemite, and my first impression is that he’s trying to provoke some uncomfortable re-thinking of priorities here.

Israel has been working on the destruction of Palestinian People for some sixty years now, so much so that this has become the synonym for ‘ the right for Israel to exist’. So, drop your silly indignation, we don’t all pledge alligeance to that ‘sitty little country’ ( to borrow the memorable words of a French diplomat)

I hope Karatzaferis wins a large number of seats and become a protagonist in the political landscape; thus making the dual monopoly in control to stand up and take notice. The political establishment or system with the dual arbirtrage of ND-Pasok is like a rotten watermelon and as such has nothing to offer. Caramanlis would be better suited to singing arias in an opera house, and Georgie would do well to sit behind the counter of a periptero, or teach turks how to dance the zorba. If one looks at the other parties like tha KKK and the coalition of the left under the leadership of a scraggy and scrofolous leader, one holds his head in despair. If there is going to be a breeze of fresh air, it can only be brought by Karatzaferis and his party.

John,
“...my first impression is that he’s trying to provoke
some uncomfortable re-thinking of priorities here.”
Provacative? Maybe, in a careless, lazy kind of way.
This form of coalition-building seems hardly bound
for success. A bond between anti-semites; Islamists
& these Mediterranean members of Aryan Nation is more
natural.
Avoid delusions and check out Le Pen as a cautionary
tale.

I wish that men of the Right could get over their silly, anti-Semitic habits--which undermine both our resistance to Islamic infiltration, and our genuine, prudential critiques of Israeli policies. Conversely, I would like to see more Jews emulate Rabbit Lapin and Rabbi Neusner, in overcoming a reflexive hostility to nation, social conservatism, and public Christianity. Expressions of the latter attitude are NEVER punished in the public square, and are indeed lavishly rewarded. The resulting resentment, far more than any genuine racial hatred, probably accounts for most of the anti-Semitic outbursts on the Right. Nevertheless, they are childish and counterproductive. Indeed, people like Abe Foxman may be intentionally trying to provoke such outbursts, the better to discredit their mostly sober and fair-minded critics.

Taki supports the continued Greek nature of Greece. Naturally that makes him an anti-semite and Islamophobe.
Ho hum.
Click to flag this comment as abusive
With respect, it’s not Islam that’s a threat to “the continued Greek nature of Greece”, as much as America. Those aren’t burkhas that Greek women have taken to wearing, but blue jeans. It’s not falafel that’s clogging the arteries of Greeks, but Big Macs. How many Iranian TV shows are playing on Greek TV right now? How many Algerian bands would I hear if I turned on Greek radio?

Good point, Nergol. And it needs to be emphasized again and again that American militarism and Jacobin nationalism go hand in hand with the spread of the American liberal feminist porno-culture. As NYT columnist and neo-con author Thomas Friedman approvingly put it, “You can’t have McDonald’s without McDonnell-Douglas”. Anyone who dares resist American “soft power” will have American “hard power” to deal with.

@Sarto
I am totally insensitive to to be called anti-semite for various reasons.
First, I don’t know what the term means. Who are Semites? We should know at least that before we put an ‘anti’ in front of it. Semites are Arabs also, are they not? So, Jews and Arabs are Semites but an anti-Semite is the one who only crosses the Jews. Then what is called the one that angers Arabs only? (anti-terrorist?)
Second, I refuse to appologize for criticizing bestialities of Israel (and its satraps) and no amount of name calling will make me feel blind to their harmful influence for our Country.
So, tell me when I am wrong if you want to, but don’t expect me to make some balanced, P.C. answers.
Third, anti-Semitism expression has the same weight with me as, anti-Fascist, or anti-Communist, relics of different propaganda machines in the past. When somebody calls me anti-Semite, I only take into account that it must be a Jew who is angry with me.

I see no reason why we oughtn’t support a far-right, and possibly vaguely anti-semitic candidate, if our other choices are spineless, open-borders scum.

Western civilisation would probably fare better if Europe allied herself with a moderate (or moderating) Arab world rather than the Infernal triumvirate of U.S. big business/Christian fundamentalistism/zionism.
When the U.S. feels sufficiently squeezed then she can purge herself of those who do harm to the nation and become welcome again into the fold.

Agapite mou file. ON GREEK WOMEN.The women of greece are at the peak of their sexual liberation. The Mantra;I WANT IT ALL I WANT IT NOW.In regard to their fashion sense,As in all strugles of empowerment one must be prepared to use any means neccesary. The sexiest women in europe today are the greek women. One would definitely enjoy the company of a Italian women with all her beauty and sense of style,But when it comes sex greek girls are hot! Its not just the tight capri pants high heels accentuating their beautiful bump,Its not just the revealing cleavage of all the morning TV talk show hostesses. What really drives greek men crazy is the greek womens command of oratory during sex making. I had only one orgasm on command in my life.In honor of all the great greek orators it went something like this."Χησε αγορι μου,χησε με για τι παρτι σου” “BOOM"As in Odysseas I obeyed the call of the sirens. I know the the best way, in fact, the only way,to win against Muslim extremism and infiltration (although I can’t see,for the heck of me, what has that to do with Taki’s Electrolysis and Peroxide Blondes)
Why don’t we leave Muslim lands and concentrate on purifying ours. We will have had a very well defined front line where we can even build a wall.We can call it ‘Fence’ (or more cutely ‘Fency’).
Israel will be missing its victories, but will survive as a Bunker State.

The situation in Greece is troubling in that
Taki is hinging at the self-destruction of the main
parties which means that smaller parties are coming
forward.
The problem with smaller parties are that they tend
to be crazy. Not their ideology, but their members.
The rule is that anyone who has talent will migrate
to the major parties where they can have a future and
what is left are the incompetents and the crazies.
And since crazies tend to act crazy, they tend to
chase away sensible people.
There are a lot of small parties out there which can
be described the same way as science fiction fandom.
The problem is that when the major parties disappear,
you have a lot of people who have no idea what it means
to govern who get the chance to be in charge.
The last time it happened was in Spain in 1931. Five
years later there was the big Civil War.
I do hope that the Greek parties are in better health
than that.

What I find troubling to is the first post and the Wikipedian entry for Mr. Karatzaferis. All things are dropped and the only criteria for judgement of people are “Are they philo-semites?” or are they “Anti-semites?”. I find it amazing that in a once European culture, our criteria is Jew, Jew Jew. And to see on a conservative website, the only thing that matters is if the person is pro-Jewish. This is quite telling--our whole culture and way of thinking and interacting with each other---centers on the Jew. Nothing else. Is Mr. Karatzaferis for abortion? We don’t care; what does he say about the Jews? Does Mr. Karatzaferis care about sound fiscal policy? We don’t care; what does he say about the Jews? Is Mr. Karatzaferis for strong defense? We don’t care; what does matter is what does he say about the Jews!!!! It is quite scary and downright disgusting that the first question and the only thing that matters about people---is he pro-Jewish? If not--it is Crucify him, Crucify him! I am sick and tired of our whole culture, our whole society revovles around the Jews! This tells me that the Jew has total control over our culture and directs it! It is pretty sad isn’t it! How about judging people by European standards? Is he for his country? Is he virtuous? Is he honorable? Is he a Christian? Does he stand against abortion? These are all European/Christian standards! I don’t give a rat’s ass about what he says or doesn’t say about the Jews! And it says that quite alot that the Wikipedian article’s mainstay is the Jewish slant! So people are judged by Jewish standards? This is Europe? or do we live under ZOG?

Adriana, you must have been hanging around politicians for too long! You say:
The rule is that anyone who has talent will migrate

I agree that those, who want to have a future in politics migrate to the major parties, which means that they will have to initially compromise and in the end throw all their conscience over board - commonly referred to as a sell-out.
Honest people do not look for a career in politics, or they stand by their principles and thus find only a platform in smaller parties. Are they crazy? No - they just do not lie to the people like George or Bill.
If you are interested in power and give a rat’s a.. about the people and the country, yes, by all means associate with the major parties. I stick with those that are so crazy, that they are telling me the truth.

There is a strange phenomenon occuring on this site. This same thing happens on other sites where the subject is Zionism or Jewish behavior. There seem to be a flood of comments that seems to be coming from those crypto ADL members and Likud supporters that Taki is so opposed to.
Appparently these people want to control the conversation so that we uppity gentiles don’t get the ridiculous idea that we have the same right to free speech that they do.
It is also becoming apparent that this site’s webmaster doesn’t really understand what is going one. At this point he seems to be attaching a little much credibility to the complaints that seem to continually eminate from these people either on this site or all over the Internet.
I started realizing this was happening after noticing credible comments disappearing from this website almost immediately after their initial publication. I have no hesitatiom in saying that these retractions were made because of complaints directed toward the rather week kneed webmaster.

So you also cling to the myth that the “major” parties produce “better” leaders.
Do you mean a Guiliani and George Bush of the GOP, or a Hillary Clinton of the Democrats are preferable to a Ron Paul, who ran on the Libertarian ticket?
I certainly have not seen honesty, common sense, and principled behaviour coming from the “major” parties, and I do not see it coming from the process by which these parties select their candidates.
What is missing is a press with backbone, which brings the unvarnished truth to the voting masses. As soon as that happens, we will get the process cleaned up. But I will not hold my breath for that one.

Americans, so insufferably dull. Leave it to anglo saxons (these insipid germanic protestant types!) to get their knickers all bunched over idiotic subjects like the Jews, to one extreme or the other. I mean, look where all their hullaballoo got them in the past..
When they could have been- and ought now be discussing something more compelling - and sane - like, say, women, instead.
But no. How tiresome.
Small suggestion, by way of compromise: let’s talk about Jewish women! When I was in Israel, I couldn’t help but note that the IDF must easily be the hottest army (based on my broad experience) on the planet. Just Smoking.. Sir Taki was extremely lucky on Tuesday the 17th of September, when I bumped into him on Eaton Terrace and didn’t complain about the article, he is always so sweet and charming I was too shy to complain, plus the fact that having lived in cool Britannia for more than a decade, my lynching instincts have abandoned me since long time ago.
As a former bouncing brunette, with not too many years in the entertaining industry of shipping that have taken their toll on my hair, I decidedly coverted to blondeism in order to cover my grey hair . To my amazement, my new fake colour has served me perfectly fine and it’s not even peroxide blonde (yet!) rather a discreet caramel one.
Quelle revelation!
Now, following Sir Taki’s years of ‘advice’ through his writings, I have decided to relocate my fake blonde head to Germany (Sir Taki as all his fans know, loves anything German) and I am seriously considering toning them a bit more in order to adjust perfectly to the german habitat. I hope he forgives me, for having betrayed my natural and ‘national’ haircolour, but sometimes nature can make mistakes.
Sir Taki, unlike my roots, you looked stunning on Tuesday, we love you always and thank god we can access the Top Drawer even from hoch Hamburg from now on.

Most historians think the purge of Ernst Rohm and the SA leadership, driven by an internal power struggle, required a cover story for public consumption. Rohm’s sexuality was convenient, but as you know Hitler and others of his circle were perverts. Upon invading Austria, Hitler had the police files in Vienna removed and the officers who did so executed. Apparently he was not keen about something in his past being revealed.
My own guess is that the people reading The Turner Diaries aren’t to well-balanced in any aspect of their lives. I truly doubt the Fourth Reich is a great place for meeting women. Just a hunch.
