That seems to happen here. And, as I stated in one previous comment, I did not want to leave such an "absurdly long" but nonetheless too accurate comment but after Mr. Spartacus regaled me with his snippets from canon law, I felt obligated to inform him that the Church today is not quite the Church that Our Lord founded upon St. Peter.
