I thought Western Culture and Western Civilization was built on "Throne and Altar"? I thought this saying "God and Country", is a traditional saying of Christendom. Even the Roman Repulic was built on Res Divina and Res Publica---and we ought to be afraid of a confluence of Religion and State? What was the Byzantine Empire? Fascism?
