Sadly, in these modern times, many foreigners are not even aware The United States Constitution provides that all foreign governments must elect leaders subservient to Washington, so, of course, there is bound to be some griping and resentment amongst those we were predestined to rule and dominate. However, were we to put ourselves in their shoes (pieces of bark lashed together with vines) and mentally occupy their homes (mud huts) in their native lands (US National Interest) I am sure we would all recognise that to be dominated and ruled by men of such genius, compassion, and civility, is right and just.
