The truth is that Mr. Foy knows nothing. He speaks of 56% of "Palestine" going to the Jews. He ignores the fact that in 1922 76% of Palestine was set aside as an exclusively Arab state. No Jews were allowed to live in TransJordan. As for the "native claim", the truth is that between 1880 and 1946, more Arabs than Jews migrated to Israel, the WEst Bank and Gaza. This does not even count the Circassians and Bosnians resettled there by the collapsing Ottoman Empire. The right of return is a call for Israel to be destroyed by demographics. Does MR. Foy reject conquest or the concept of nation states. Does he want the US overrun by Mexicans under the same logic? Or does he take onanistic joy at the death of Israel alone?
