The particular hysteria surrounded 9/11 basically overshadowed all common sense; as I know do not seem to recall any major outlet questioning the 'wisdom' of a major land invasion of Iraq, in light that said weapons are so fierce as to cause us to attack. For me, once the invasion began and Saddam did not use such weapons, it was clear we had all been duped. Otherwise, Bush commanding US soldiers to invade in light of such weapons was inhuman, immoral and stupid. Sent at: 2008 05 16
