Neither exist. There are dozens and dozens of "races" in Africa, just as there are dozens and dozens of "races" in Europe. By the "White race", you probably mean the mix of what has become the "White race" in America, a bunch of mongrels. There is a noticable difference between the English, the Irish/Scots, the Germans, the Norwegians, the French, the Spanish, the Polish, the Russian, etc. in Europe.
