I'm not convinced that the research has proven the scores are genetic and not environmental. Negro children raised in White families typically score higher than Negro children raised in Negro "families" (sic). On the other hand, when Negro children raised in White families hit puberty, their scores start to fall - it could be that they then identify themselves as "Negro", and embrace the decrepit culture of their fellow Negroes.
