Both are dangerous utopians, and the rejection of utopianism is supposed to be the essence of conservative thought. The only disagreement I have with you is your characterization of fascism as an “anti-libertarian” right. I would remind you that that modern “libertarian“ or “free market” ideology has resulted in socialism for the Managerial elite (the CEO classes), and the use of military power to preserve a capitalist financial system (the FED - IMF/World Bank - Export-Import Bank) that is built on ponzi schemes. As you observe, none of the fascist states advocated state ownership of production, or even extreme taxation on the rich.
