See the above example. Also, if you have been accepted into the Land by it's stewards, and attach yourself to that land, you become part of the "tribe" by extension. For example, the Huns: a multi-ethnic "nation"; also take the Hapsburg Empire as an example. Is it possible for you to see how two races, agreeing that "mixing" in marriage is wrong, could live side-by-side, and still consider each other compatriots?
