The Republicans seem determined to ensure that they are correct on that point. My own view of this election is that there are no good candidates and not even any truly acceptable candidates except perhaps Ron Paul, who has no chance of getting nominated. The other Republicans are all repulsive in various ways, as are HRC and Obama. The choice between them seems to depend mostly on what kind of disaster you want for our country. Sent at: 2008 12 02
