Message: Entry: Joining the Revolution--An Endorsement of Ron Paul Link: http://www.takimag.com/blogs/article/joining_the_revolution_an_endorsement_of_ron_paul#16258 Post contents: This Ron Paul movement is not going to die anytime soon. People have too much invested in it. My hope is that we can bring some honesty to media. Currently they are running paid programing for their hand picked dream tickets. Originally they hoped to push Giulliani and Hillary down our throats. Even in this country of pathetic morons that wasn't happening and now they are reduced to their third and fourth choices. The Ron Paul revolution will go on. My meetup group, one in about 1700, is still planning on meeting even after the elections are long over. We can also grab the Kucinich people. They may be hardcore liberals but they were also sorely abused for not toeing the warfare/wellfare state party lines. They are a lot smaller group than Ron Paul's people but I admire Kucinich's spirit in trying to get into the debates by bringing charges against stations who were excluding him. Duncan Hunter is another guy they just decided to shut out because he wasn't helping to consolidate support behind the media darlings McCain and Romney. That's after their dream candidate, the mortician was leveled. People are leaving FOX, CNN, etc, in droves, and they need a place to go. The advertisers are going to be looking for a place to go to. I watched the Super Bowl commercials yesterday just so I can know exactly where not to spend my money. Let's see that's Coke, Pepsi, Vitamin Water, Bud, Go Daddy, Monster, Audi, Cingular, etc. Should be no problem boycotting their lousy products. By putting commercials on FOX they are reverse advertising. They are telling us Ron Paul people to spend our money elsewhere. The beauty of it is that some company that didn't even pony up the money for a Super Bowl commercial will now benefit. Sent at: 2009 01 08
