So if that is your number one concern, Obama is your man. As for me, I will hold my nose and vote for McCain, if he has a chance versus Obama or Clinton. With all his substantial baggage, he is the lesser of all evils. Not just the Supreme Court but the lower courts as well, McCain the president will do better than McCain the Senator.
