We have lost the knowledge and judgment to state facts plainly and know what words mean. How can the word ‘conservative’ encompass John McCain, Mitt Romney and Ron Paul? The same holds true with the ‘liberal’ candidates. By listening and reviewing the Coulters, Hannitys, Limbaughs, we have allowed public discourse to degenerate down the mud-slinging and name-calling that it is today. I marvel at how the truly interesting and informed commentary is all to be found on the internet and not in the newsstands and book stores of the United States.
