Modern Europe, however, is not such a place, and that is half of the problem. When a repressive culture comes in contact with a truly free culture, the repression gradually subsides. The problem is that the people of Europe no longer have an ideology of human freedom, due to their wholesale abandonment of historic Christianity. That is the fundamental problem, and Islamicization is one of it's many symptomes. I would wager that Europe's loss of faith (including, of course the resultant decline in birth rates) is more responsible for the present situation than immigration policy could ever be.
