I keep thinking that the best we can hope for is McCain for president. Why? Because if Obama wins, and adopts essentially neocon policies, the bulk of the "antiwar" left will turn into apologists for their guy. McCain as president would keep the antiwar movement, for whatver it's worth, more intact. But again, please tell me why I'm wrong. Sent at: 2008 09 07
