Kosovo and Bosnia are fake nation-states. There is not people called Kosovars. There is not people called Bosnians. There are only Serbs, Albanians, Croats, and a few other groups. Serbia and Albania have irredentist nationalist claims, and have Great Power sugar daddies. And Serbia and Albania are prepared to fight 4GWs for their aims. This is what the conflict is really about. Plain and simple. 2. A Congress of Berlin 1878 should be called. and Serbia given the areas of Bosnia and Kosovo that are majority Serb, Albania the areas of Kosovo that are majority Albanian. So one will be happy with this solution, but its better than an unavoidable Balkan war that could bring in Great Powers, and thus become a world war. It's happened before. My summary is inadequate.
