However, I am not sure that is what Mr. Capp was aiming at. I made the stipulation, IF you are able to do it, then why not? He says that it would be "'selfish' unselfishness" to take in the homeless ourselves. If by "selfish" he means that we would be committing imprudence in the course of trying to go "all out," then that makes sense.
