My gut tells me that there will be something of a tug of war going on in the DOJ between the prosecutors, whose aim (or at least interest) will be to make their careers by putting some high profile person (see, e.g., Martha Stewart, Oscar Wyatt) in jail and any "cardinal protectors" of AIPAC and its ilk higher up the food chain.
