Here I did not mean the comment on torture, but these need to be clarified. To be clear, Fr. Harrison concluded on the matter of the "ticking time-bomb" circumstance that it has not been determined by the Magisterium in any of the existing statements on torture. What he "proved" was not that the infliction of force to extract life-saving information was moral, but that it is not addressed by the Magisterium and therefore has not been *declared to be* immoral.
