Note to all: The Constitution among many other troubling concerns is an un-enforceable, un-exitable contract....meaning it's il-legal. The American Civil War should have taught you at least that. Lincoln, like Mao, and all the others, understood that power comes out of the barrel of a gun. The Constitution could not exist in traditional common law. The Constitution is a death sentence. There would be no Constitution if not for the Bill of Rights. The Constitution barely passed even with the Bill of Rights. The Declaration, by the way, passed by one vote. The Bill of Rights is GONE.
