There are two angles to this: a) present and future danger - if all you write is known about the man, I do not see, how he will be able to organize any crime - even an act of shoplifting - unhindered. Much less any act of terrorism. b) past crimes - there are, unfortunately, countries, where being accused of a crime and being found guilty and gruelly punished are one and the same. Antiterrorism and hate speech laws being what they are nowadays, I see a fair chance of the man being brought to justice sooner or later - unless of course, he stays whithin the realm of the permissible. I faintly remember you criticising the fact that this realm is constantly diminishing. There is of course that faintest of possibilities, that (conspiration theories, anyone?) we are going to witness another sealed train to Petrograd or another Khomeini in Paris. Sent at: 2008 07 24
