Thanks to Mort Klien, Israel "settlers" even left Green houses for the Arabs to use. The Green houses were torn downs and the site used to launch rockets. The boarders were used to launch attacks into more of Israel. Israel responded by closing the borders, as any country would. However, it still supplied electricity and food.
