Those who follow Jared Taylor and American Renaissance are interested in advocating for whites and our history and culture. Part of this is to point out that intelligence and other traits are inherited to a large degree. Therefore, black failure should not be blamed on whites, nor should hatred of whites be tolerated. Of course, devout Catholics (perhaps best represented on the paleo right by Chronicles) are bothered by this and feel it takes God out of the equation. They note that many racialists are hostile to Christianity. They may also feel closer (or at least say they feel closer) to a black Catholic than to a white atheist or Jew. The paleolibertarians (LewRockwell.com) are mostly just concerned about foreign policy right now and don’t appear too interested in debates on culture, race or domestic policy. TAC has some good writers but seems very confused about the possibility of a coalition with the left. It will never happen. The number of people who feel comfortable among all of these groups is very small. We may all hate the war and the Bush presidency but that’s about it. Sent at: 2008 05 15
