However, if one has a positive -- apophatic, as it were -- traditionalist philosophy, I do not see the sober recognition of what must happen for a restoration as necessarily apocalypticism. Apocalypticism, to me, is deserving of the name only if it could reasonably be considered an ideological point. At that point it becomes unhealthy, as all ideologies do, for it obscures reality through exaggeration to fit the precedent analytical precept. Sent at: 2008 07 06
