But does everyone do it in the way Israel has repeatedly done it; that is, not merely gathering information passively, but actively pilfering classified documents? I cannot think of any time since the end of the last world war where we arrested such a spy from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Austria, unified Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Japan or even Mexico.
