Setting aside the issue of Israel's establishment (since Hitler obviously was not around for that), he merely points out that the traditional claim that Hitler foisted a war for world supremacy upon an unwilling Britain is at least highly problematic. And German records and post-war statements by German officials make clear that the Allied bombing did in fact contribute significantly to the horrible conditions in German wartime camps. One does not need to argue that the Allies should never have fought the war at all to accept this fact, and it is simply disingenuous to deny it. Thank you for this piece, Taki, and I urge the other writers on this site to disregard Sid's effort to pain all of Takimag with the brush of Hiterlism. I'm not suggesting that they agree (or ought to) with Taki's thesis, and I expect to read challenges to it from some of them.
