The stereotypical application is obvious. Frankly, I would much prefer to be governed by the votes of a million "Beverly Hillbillies" (with their lower IQ) than all the intellect from Palo Alto....so, indeed, a high IQ is not everything. Tradition, orthodox relgious faith, family, custom have always supplemented and protected the poor. Give me a government elected by poor white anytime over Harvard or Stanford or Duke graduates....
