Is he saying: 1) There are no inherited racial differences in intelligence, or 2) There are inherited racial differences, but they don't matter from a political perspective because we should treat everyone as individuals, or 3) There are inherited racial differences and they do matter, but they are not as important as ending the war in Iraq and destroying America's imperial colossus.
