BTW Lynn suggests African-Americans with no white admixture median IQ probably 80, 80+100/2 = median 90 for a half white half black American child. Since Obama's parents were both PhD grade students, albeit not in the toughest subjects, you can probably add around 30 points to that, for an expected median IQ ca 120.
