Yeesh, these fantastic figures just keep getting larger and larger! Well, using that kind of logic I guess one could justify the extermination of every single American: as things stand the USA is threatning all life on the planet with its nuclear-armed and war-crazed Establishment and its massive contribution to global warming (and opposition to doing something to stop it). 300 million American dead to save the lives of 6 billion sounds like a fair trade-off, at least it must if your name is Oliver Kamm.
