Perhaps he is a young Catholic, not sure, although there is such confusion in the Church right now could be any age. The joke is an old one and I even heard a priest tell it once in his homily. Shocking. Because the fact is that God has chosen to save us through His Church - the only one he founded. All the others are of human origin, mostly dissident (i.e. bad) Catholic priests. The idea that the Gospel "many mansions" refers to different religions is an error. Disappointing to see this excellent article being misapplied. It should remind us that we must be vigilant against false shepherds, as the Scriptures warn. Mahoney is, it seems, Hell-bent. That does not make the Church bad.
