Basically he wants the Catholic Church to do everything the neo-con US regime is doing now - "pro-active" police work (an interesting euphemism for locking people up before they commit a crime), a foreign legion (endless involvement of the Church of the Prince of Peace in wars), covert operations (assassinations), 4th generation warfare (terrorism and gangsterism), a "Catholic" Mossad (spying, lying, and betrayal), etc. etc. Fortunately this vision will remain the private perverted fantasy of Mr. Longinus.
