Since I'm limited to one paragraph, let me tell you about the Saturday wedding scheduled for 2:00 PM where the groom arrived on time but the bride was still at the hairdresser's. I foolishly started playing at the stroke of 2:00. Having run out of prepared music by 2:20 or so and still waiting for the bride, I glanced down at a pew and saw three male guests playing poker. They had brought along a deck of cards to pass the time. The bride showed up at 3:45. Oh, by the way, I didn't get paid after the wedding and had to wait an extra day for my check. Sent at: 2008 09 06
