So in one sense it is not entirely surprising that he doesn't seem to mind importing more 'people of color' in order to further undermine the historic demographic white majority. But I guess he doesn't read the papers much, or else doesn't care that one of the on-the-ground effects seems to be that Blacks and Hispanics are killing each other over 'turf' in Los Angeles.
