It was their leaders like Jackson, Sharpton, NAACP, the Black Caucus ...etc who pushed for loan preferences and handouts. And average blacks were quick to enjoy these spoils. Because blacks did not have the same credit scores as whites they cried "racism," and threatened to sue. That is why the taxpayers (non-blacks) will be screwed yet again.
