They can be applied any number of ways, including uncharitable ones. The motive even to discovery and publicize them may be uncharitable, but the gold can be seperated from the dross. Science is, above all, a method that is largely value-neutral, and this includes studies like psychometrics. I would consider too science promulgated by believers in Judaism, Islam, atheism, or any number of other mistaken views. Conserveratives must, however, to remain persuasive (a) root our views in reality and (b) apply those views in the light of a moral reality which demands charity to all, including charity to our black fellow citizens. I believe liberalism is fragile because of its dependence on lies, half-truths, and its aggressive attempts to silent dissent. The cornerstone of all liberalism is a belief in tabula rasa equality and actual inequality as proof of western moral failure. The start of that chain of reaoning is completely false and undermining this should be a major conservative endeavor. Coupled with Christianity, this truth will be easier for otherwise well-meaning people to accept than they would otherwise. Indeed, discovering this truth in light of the moral architecture of Christianity would allow this issue to allow us to explain why Christianity is more relevant than ever considering the facts of human inequality between individuals and between group averages.
