Bush. Yes he was unsuccessful in his dogged crusade but Mexico must give the devil his due. Mr. Bush has done everything humanly possible to aid, abet, encourage, cajole, push, and campaign to allow Mexican nationals to continue flooding into our country in the name of cheap labor and diversity. He has given it the old college try and rabid Mexican nationalists on both sides of the border know it. Also, there is no bigger advocate (except maybe Senator John McCain) for allowing foreigners who break our labor and immigration laws to be allowed to stay here permanently (AMNESTY) than Mr. Bush.
