She demanded to see ID--which 15-year-old girls are unlikely to have--and then insisted that there was an age minimum for pregnancy tests. I can see asking for ID as functioning purely as a shame tactic (though I don't think it would be as effective as merely lecturing) but clearly that wasn't its purpose in this case.
