I'm all for revering Mary solemnly, but is this blog really the place to do it? If you think cracking jokes on or around the Feast of Assumption is inappropriate on the internet, then you're really confused about the difference between the secular and the sacred. No one here has been insulting the Church or Mary - and Zmirak and I have both been defending them. But if you want to revere Mary in a truly sacred place, take it to sanctified ground - take it to a Church - because the internet is not holy ground, to say the least. Sent at: 2008 09 06
