Christians at one time got very efficient at killing each other, and at one time, some Christians thought of enlisting Jews as allies, as Luther did. Since the Jews did not go along with Luther's notions, he wrote a very poisonous program of what was to be done with Jews, a program that later Hitler claimed he was putting into practice.
