The toolbar used to be available only for Windows users who use Internet Explorer; today, a Firefox version is available, too, but again only for Windows users. Thus, Mac users and Linux users are excluded from the rankings, as well as Windows users who don't use IE or FF (or simply don't want to, or don't have the technological savvy to, install a third-party browser extension).
