Michael Jone's excellent magazine Culture Wars if I remember correctly. I'll see if I can come up with the specific article. To be honest I was not aware that the 30 billion was earmarked for anything specific so it is quite possible that I am mistaken that it goes to funding their programs, which do in fact exist, in fetal stem cell research. I thought that the 30 billion was given with no strings attached so to speak and that it could be used on anything. Am I mistaken? If so then my apologies.
