Since they are quite strong, militarily, it should be just as possible as any Middle East nation from one muslim variety live peacefully with one from another variety - though they certainly in the past had big fights. To me it looks as if you are indulging in past glory of service to mankind, namely WWII. So you have to keep this attitude alive that the Israelis are victims of holocaust, and anyone not nursing them are really mass murderers of mind.
