The history of the middle east is one of Christians living alongside muslims. Secularists will not stop until they completely wipe God out of society and replace him with atheistic ideals. This is what their current agenda in modernizing Islam is all about, along with destroying what is left of the Christians of the middle east. At the same time they have effectively turned peace loving Christians in the West into war mongering statists. If you are proposing that the women of Islam follow the model of Mother Thresa I would agree. These are not the people that the mainstream media are suggesting as role models when they criticize the plight of women of Islam. The Virgin Mother of Jesus is revered in Muslim society. When I see that this is true in the secular press I will listen to how they intend to bring Catholicism to the Muslims. This of course is ridiculous. What they secular press hopes to do is drum up another excuse to liberate another country,to spread war over the middle east and destroy Christian communities while enlisting secular recruits.
