No. Isn't Jesus supposed to be the best hope for the Jews? You can say that about him, and about his Church, but watch out before you identify yourself personally with the Body of Christ, as only the Church has that authority. Karen Blixen wrote, in "Out of Africa", a little story she imagined about the second coming of Christ. All palm leaves and shouts of "Hosanna" were prohibited (because we know what happened to Jesus the LAST time he was greeted with Hosannas), and then when all was quiet, Jesus asked Peter to come on a walk with him alone, on the road up the hill to Calvary.
