The history of "hate crimes" shows that many have been provocations, false flag operations, re-labeling of what is in fact just ordinary crime, and even inventing crimes which were in fact never committed. Much of this is done just to push legislation or promote candidacies. Church burnings were so used by Bill Clinton among others.
