Entry: It's Easy Being Green Link: http://www.takimag.com/site/article/its_easy_being_green#501 Post contents: The central issue it seems to me is not so much a grassroots lifestyle adaptation, but developing a larger political commitment to truly change the way we as a nation power up our lives - changes in utilities' operations, vehicles, tax breaks for "green' citizens, etc. I believe the federal and state governments have a major role - call it an inspirational/financial obligation - to get a move on it.
